The dough and toppings can last 2-3 days if refrigerated. You can also freeze the dough if you like but we recommend only doing it for maximum of a month really.

This kit includes two balls of our 3 day fermented dough made with Italian flour, confit garlic, green olive, rosemary and pink peppercorn base with grilled artichoke and roasted potato. Finished with aged salted ricotta. This DIY Passo pizza kit makes two pizzas.
